Shabby chic, layered wedding card

Hi everyone.

Summer has passed and now it is time to get creative again. Allthough i have been a tiny bit creative. I friend asked me if i could make a card for her, as her oldest son was getting married. So i did that.

I created a layered card with lots of layering and i`m pretty happy about how it turned out.

The main papers i have used is from LemonCraft but i also got to get rid of some scraps as well, lol. I`m not so good at making use of my scraps and i have to get better at it. Course my scrap pile is starting to get really big, lol.

I got these new gorgeous flowers from Prima. I`m so in love with these. Such soft and beautiful colours and the size is just perfect for cardmaking. I also think they are not so chunky as a lot of roses are. So, i have to get more of these.

As a base for the flowers i fuzzycut roses from a scrap piece of paper. I found that this base made the whole card.

I used light pink microbeads here and there. The birdcage is from Scrapiniec. I think they have the most beautiful chipboard. These are more usable for cardmaking as the size is not so large as many other companies create.

Closeup: Look at the beautiful glitter on the rose.

The frame i made myself using Martha Stewart paperclay.

Here it is easy to se all the layers.

Phew...a lot of pics. Oh well...i had to show you some different angles, lol. I just had so much fun making this card. And i hope the happy couple liked it.
