The doily i got from my sweet friend and co-designer at WhoopsiDaisy, Nataliya in Canada. The lace is from own stash.

"Columbine" Designed by Sara Burrier

Hey Peeps!

Today i want to show you a card with one of the brand new digis designed by Sara Burrier. She has really turned out to be one of my fav designers. Her images is absolutely gorgeous and it is an honour to get to play with them. The image is called Columbine and you can find it right here in the Crafts and Me store.

I inked the doily with a metallic blue ink to make it go with the rest of the card. I also glimmer-misted the lace in a very light blue colour. Then i added some pearls around the image. I just really looove this image. The mermaid looks so divine. I just hope i did her justice with my colouring, lol.

The blue metallic paper is from Creaive imaginations, Oceana collection. And the paper behind it is from Melissa Frances. Don`t remember the exact name.

Here is the list of ProMarkers i used for the image:

Skin:

Saffron
Oatmeal

Going in circles at Phindy`s Place....

...and it`s making me dizzy...lol...Hey everyone!

What a way to start a challenge! It`s allmost like my eyes are spinning, lol. So many circles, lol! No seriously...The challenge over at Phindy`s Place this time is Circles! For my sample today i have toned down my circles a bit compared to the others on the team. Though my card is round, i haven`t used papers with circle pattern. I think the image i used doesn`t fit too well with lots of circles so i made him a green "garden".

Green is not a colour i use as a main colour too often for my creations but i think i pulled this one off. The cute image is called Impish Elf end you can find it in Phindy`s Place store, right here. The sentiment is a freebie from Bizzy Becs store blog. And you can find it here.

These are the ProMarkers i used:

Shirt:
Caramel
Tan
Putty
Satin
Leaf green
Apple
Emerald
Marsh Green

Trousers:
Burnt Sienna
Cocoa
Caramel

Swing:
Walnut
Terracotta
Honeycomb
Pine
Bright Green

Skin:
Vanilla
Saffron
Oatmeal
Tan

For the hair i just uset ice grey #1

Well, Thats all from me today. Just make sure you join us for the new challenge over at Phindy`s Place. There are lots of lovely inspiration from the other gals also. I`m sure if you visit their blogs and leave them some sugar, they really would appreciate it.

Bling it on at Crafts and Me

Hey Peeps!

Today is the Dynamite digi team`s turn to host the challenge over at Crafts and Me. And we want to see anything glittery on your creations. For the first time we are also visited by a guest designer which will be joining us for two challenges and first out is the talented Lau which has been a frequent challenge participant over at Crafts and Me. Check out her lovely creation over at Crafts and Me.

Do you want to guest design for our team? Just hop on over to the Crafts and Me shop blog and there you`ll find out how.

For my card today i have used the brand new digi from Sara Burrier called Truth. You can find it here. Isn`t she lovely? I decied to try a new twist for my colouring. I have used two colours to colour up her dress and i think it turned out ok. The colour combo was great but i didn`t get the shading quite as i wanted it.

As some of you know i have struggeled with my mojo lately but yesterday i received some new goodies that i ordered from Wild Orchid Crafts, and i think it got a bit easier though i`m not quite where i want yet. Look at the beautiful lace i got. Looove it. Just might have to order up some more, lol.

I also got the seambinding and the pearlstrings from Wild Orchid Crafts. I just had to try the seambinding. I think it looks so beautiful on others creations and it has become really popular and finally i got to try it. I just loooove it. So now i`m gonna order in more of it, lol.

Free and easy over at WhoopsiDaisy.

Hey Sweet crafters!

I am really struggling with my cards for the moment. My mojo has gone awol. And it takes forever to finish up a card that usually takes me about 1 hour and a half including colouring of images. I can`t seem to get my head in it. I really hope it turns soon course i don`t like being late with my cards.

This week we are doing it free and easy over at WhoopsiDaisy. That means you can make anything you want. Isn`t that great? For my sample i have made a card in lovely pastelcolours. I just love the light green glittery paper. The image is from one of Linnie`s newest sheets of images and you can find it right here. I just looove all of the images in this sheet. There is also a new freebie given to you by the ever so generous Linnie.

The colours i have used for the image are these:

Dress: Sky blue and true blue
Hair: cool grey #1,2,3 and 4
Skin: Vanilla, saffron and oatmeal.
Stockings: Tan, putty and almond
The grass is emerald and pine and the gift is pink carnation.

And i baught the gorgeous flowers here. (except the roses)

Thanks for looking. I truly appreciate all the sweet comments you leave for me.

Water at Phindy`s Place

Hey my sweet friends!

For today`s challenge over at Phindy`s Place i`m going to show you a real clean and simple card that i made for my sample. Usually i use to pile on with lots of sweet embellies but this time i made a card with very little on. It is so colourful that i don`t think it needed much other stuff.

The image is called Seaside Baby and you can find it here in Phindy`s store. Isn`t she adorable?

The colours i have used for this image are these:

Skin: Vanilla, saffron, blush, oatmeal and cinnamon
Bading suit: Soft lime and yellow, maroon, mulberry and plum and i used silver on the fishes.
Water: Cool aqua and Duck egg
For the sky i used Broken China distress ink.

I also came across a tiny hello Kitty a while back, don`t remember where, but i think it looked so adorable so i had to use it for my card.

These are the challenges i`m entering:

Fairy Fun Fridays - Challenge #54 Summerfun
Inspire me fridays - #10 Anything goes
Totally Papercrafts - Challenge #70 Summer
Shelly`s images - Anything goes
