Punch it out at WhoopsiDaisy

Good morning peeps!

It`s monday morning and we are ready with a new challenge over at WhoopsiDaisy. The theme this time is:

Punch it out. 

For my card today i have used an image from sheet #418. The punched butterflies are from a Martha Stewart punch.

Colours used are:

Skin: Vanilla, Saffron, Oatmeal, Sunkissed pink, Tan

Hair: Cocoa, Mustard, Buttercup

Top: Pumkin, Gold, Sunflower, Canary

Trousers: Rose pink, Baby pink, Pink mittens

Shoes: Cocoa, Caramel, Tan

Background: Grey Squirrel, Warm grey#1, Almond, Satin, Muted pink

Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts as well as the ribbon and lace. All papers are from Bearly Mine Designs. And dies are from Spellbinders and Memorybox.

Below you can check out my new gorgeous chipboard corners which i have ordered from Make It Crafty. I was so surprised when i recieved it. I had anticipated it would take at least 14 days to get it, but the mail service has really done a fast and great job. It only took 8 days from Australia to Norway. 

I painted it with gesso and put on some stickles chrystal. Isn`t it beautiful? Well, i love it anyway, lol.

New challenge at Marianne`s Design Divas

Hi everyone!

Finally we are ready with a new challenge over at Marianne`s Design Divas.

I`m a bit late posting this as i have been swamped at work this week. I volounteered to take some extra shifts as i am in a desperate need of a new car, lol. Ok....not as dramatic as it seems like, lol. I just feel so sorry for my hubby and our youngest one having to get up earlier than the rooster to drive me to work. So to ease the burden i have invested in a new "old" car. As long as it has four tires and a steering wheel and doesn`t stop in the first turn, i`m happy, lol.

Well...let`s get down to buisness. Our new challenge is:

At the bottom of the garden

 The theme text means we want to see something in association with nature/garden.

For my card today i have used an old paper from Prima and a rubberstamp from Sweet Pea Stamps designed by Ching Chou Kuik. I thought it was perfect for a garden theme.

It`s a while since i coloured this image and i`ve lost my note on the colours. So sorry about this. I`ve made a new system for my coloured images, so hopefully i won`t forget no more, hahaha.

ProMarker Norge Påskespesial

Heisann alle sammen!

For de av dere som trenger litt ekstra inspirasjon til  vår utfordring i ProMarker Norge bloggen, er det bare å hoppe innom for en liten ekstra piff i disse påsketider. Noen av jentene har laget litt ny inspirasjon til dere, så ta en liten titt... og ikke glem å bli med på utfordringen, hehe.

Jeg har dekorert et påske-egg denne gang.

Først dekket jeg hele egget med hvit acrylmaling for å dekke det ikke helt fine mønsteret som var der fra før, hehe. Deretter sprayet jeg det med lilla glimmermist fra Tattered angels.

Så farget jeg to bling svirvler og kroppen på sommerfuglen med Aubergine (ProMarker)

Seambinding og kantbånd ble farget med Cocoa og rosene fikk en liten touch med Lilac.

Til slutt satte jeg på kantbåndet og blondekanten samt resin engelen og den store blomsten på toppen. Den er fra Petaloo. Også brukte jeg liquid pearls som den siste prikken over i`en rundt hele kanten.

Håper denne var til inspirasjon for dere.

New challenge at WhoopsiDaisy

Good morning everyone!

I hope you all had a fabulous time joining us in the bloghop this past week. Today we are ready with a new challenge over at WhoopsiDaisy. The theme set this time is 

Two patterned papers

Today i have a giftbag to show you. I have just embellished a white giftbag. I have used some digipapers to cover it. The dotted one is from Bearly Mine Designs and the other one is from Cuddly buddly.

The image is a pre-coloured one from sheet #412, available here in the WhoopsiDaisy shop. I only did a little touch-up on her hair with Vanilla and Buttercup (ProMarkers)

This has turned out to become one of my favourites in the WD collection. I think she is soooo beautiful. 

I have kept the giftbag fairly simple. I only embellished it with a sentiment from Netty`s Cards and some doohickey dies. I also added a little stickles glitter glue here and there.

The flower i coloured with to shades of ProMarkers. On the darkest one in the back i used Cornflower and on the one in the front i used Powder blue.
