ANYTHING GOES FOR CHRISTMAS, BLOG HOP

Welcome to the Christmas Blog Hop at Whoopsi Daisy!

To celebrate Christmas we're having a blog-hop and hope you will join in on the fun! There's candy to be won on each and every blog. Linnie has been so generous to give us a sheet of digi images to offer you as a candy. I have decided to add a bit to that candy from my personal stash. What it is, will be a surprise, lol. Just leave  a comment and do the linky dance with mr linky at the bottom, and i`ll draw a winner for my candy when the hop is finished. We've also all got a letter which is a tricky (NOT!) seasonal phrase. .

If you came here from the super fun and oh so adorable Nataliya then you are on the right track. If not, hop over to Linnie where the fun starts.

The Divas playing are;

Linnie Ms WhoopsiDaisy herself.

Nataliya

Mona E (Me)

Karen C

Audrey

Sande

Beth

Daisychain

Sheri

Joanie

Lill S

Suze

Be sure to hit all of our blogs, Collect the letters, and email your answers to us at Whoopsi Daisy for another chance to win! The email adress is: linniepink@googlemail  Also, do not forget to enter the weekly challenge over at WhoopsiDaisy, which is Anything Christmas-y Goes! My letter for you is V.

Here is finally my card for the hop. I`m so sorry i didn`t manage to finish it in time for the bloghop to start. I was up north visiting my parents and didn`t arrive home late last night untill 0200 after driving for 13 hours straight. But here it is.

Here is my card for you. The image i have used is one of 4 cuties on sheet #151. This is the sheet the winner of my candy will receive.

It was a bit funny with this image. My printer off course had to run empty off printer fluid so the print didn`t get so black in the edges as it use to. But that gave me a perfect opportunity to try the no lines technique. Of course the lines are not completely away, lol. But i kinda like the result. Hope you like it too.

So off you go to our one and only and amazing Karen C, to pick up her letter and to drewl upon the gorgeous creation she has in store for you.

As you can see from the list above, there will be a total of 13 prizes given away, not to mention what Whoopsi Daisy will be giving to a random drawn person, with the correct answer to the letters from each blog. You will have one week to enter! Thanks, from the whole team, for joining us and for helping to make this Whoopsi Daisy Christmas Blog Hop a success!

Winter Colours at WhoopsiDaisy

Hey Peeps!

Sorry for beeing a bit late posting this. Time really seem to run away from me lately. But here it is anyway.

At WhoopsiDaisy we are having a new challenge. We want to see winter colours. This can be the colours of winter or something  you associate with winter.

For my card today i have tried a new folding technique. Over at StampARTic, Marianne has posted the tutorial for this gorgeous Napkin folded card. It is written in english too so you don`t need translation for it either.

The DP is all from the Song Bird collection from Pion Design. And this sweet image is available in the WhoopsiDaisy digi shop. This is one of four sweet images on sheet #152. Both types of edge punches are from Martha Stewart.

These are the colours i have used:

Skin:
Vanilla. Saffron, Oatmeal, Tan

Hair:
Cocoa, Pastel Yellow, Buttercup

Clothes:
Arctic blue, French Navy, Ice grey #1

Other colours:
Sunkissed pink, Berry red, Holly, Lush green, Black, Cool grey #4 and 5

I would really like to see some more folding techniques out there, so if you have a fun technique to show me, please give me a nudge and i will come visit your blog. Maybe i will post a link to the tutorial in my blog too, lol. I do give credit to the designer also.

Backside:

Well...now it`s your time to create something winterly, lol. Really looking forward to see what you come up with. So hop on over to the WhoopsiDaisy Challenge an join us.

Phindy`s Place - Challenge #81

Hey sweet Phriends!

Here i am again, lol. Hahaha, of course i am...it`s my blog, duh..., lol. We are doing a new challenge over at Phindy`s Place. We were thinking about doing a thanksgiving challenge but since not everyone out there are celebrating (like me) thanksgiving we also decided to include "thank you" in the theme. So the theme this time is: Thanksgiving/thank you creations.

Since we don`t celebrate thanksgiving here in Norway, i have made a thank you card. Just to say thanks for a wonderful day with my best friend. She is the most awesome girl, and i really appreciate her company. She has been through a massive change in her life and to make the effort of spending some time with me, makes me want to thank her in my own special way.

The image i have used is called "Sleepy Bug" and it is available right here.

Use Orange! New challenge at CPF

Hey Peeps!

I`ll just have to make this a short one. I`m expecting guests tonight and just have to clean up my messy house, lol. It is incredible how much toys our youngest one are having and how she manages to decorate the whole floor with them, hahaha. Oh...well... I just have to try and organize it as best as i can, lol.

On to my card... Today we want you to use orange on your creations, over at Crafty Purple Frog. It doesn`t have to be much if you are not comfortable with this colour. Just as long as we see a little spec of orange it`s ok.

I have used the Glowing Dazzle pyramage sheet. Available right here. She is a true oriental beauty. I have pared her up with papers from Bearly Mine Designs and Websters Pages. And i have also blinged her up with some gold bling. The die cuts are from Marianne Design.

Challenges i`m entering:

Inky Impressions - Challenge #32 Glitter it up
Stampavie and More - Challenge #155 Anything goes

Now...Please come and join us at Crafty Purple Frog for some fun. If you are the lucky one you can win 5 of these gorgeous sheets of decoupage or pyramage. Isn`t that great. So hop on over and Good Luck.
