Confirmation cards

Hi everyone!

I have some confirmation cards i would like to show you. the first two are commisioned ones and the last one i did for my niece`s confirmation.

This first card for a boy, is quite simply made. I have used some decorative papers from Kort & Godt. I just cut out the picture to use as vocalpoint, layered it and added a text stamp and a couple of gems. And voila....finished. The same papers are used on the inside.

This next one is more of a shabby vintage one in white and cream. I`ve used some gorgeous with lace trim. Also added a gorgeous star half circle die and mounted it around and behind the image. Put on a die cut on top and embellished the card with flowers, a wood heart and a pearl pin and a charm. Behind the image you can also see some cheesecloth.

This last one is the one i created for my youngest niece. She was the last one to get confirmed. The image is by Jeremiah Ketner and is available here. She is coloured with ProMarkers.

The clay elements are homemade, using silicone molds.

Well...i allmost can`t believe it. 4 posts so far this month. Where is it going to end, lol?
It`s good to have the mojo back. Hope to see you back soon.

Hair: Umber, Rosewood (FM), Terracotta, Honeycomb
Outfit: Shale, Burgundy, Poppy, Lipstick red, Olive green, Pear green,
Other colours: Pine, Grass, Forrest green, Satin

ProMarker Norge fyller 2 år!

Heisann!

Yeeeay!!!! Hipp Hurra for ProMarker Norge!

Hud: Vanilla, Saffron, Oatmeal, Sunkissed pink, Tan
Hår: Ice grey #2 og 4, Icicle, Hvit Sakura gelly roll pen
Klær: Slate, Winterberry, Iced pearl, Ice grey #2 og 4, Icicle
Vinger: Iced pearl, Pink mittens, Icicle, diamond stickles

Håper dere har funnet litt inspirasjon her hos meg. Takk for besøket. Hopp over til ProMarker Norge å finn ut hva utfordringen er og gjerne bli med på moroa.

Hi peeps!

Finally i`m back in the crafting saddle again. After a month and a half long partial break. I promised to tell you what i`ve been up to, lol. Well...i have been training to become a busdriver. I`m not finished though, but if everything goes according to plan i will have my busdrivers licence by the middle of november. I am so excited, lol.

Well...onto my card this week. Over at Crafts and Me the dynamite digi girls are having a new challenge and it is our lovely Rose that has set the theme. She want you to use somekind of a sentiment on your creation.

The image i have used is called Easter lily and it is designed by Hannah Lynn. It is available right here.  I think she is a total beauty.

I have to apologize for the bad pictures. I didn`t manage to make use of the daylight yesterday and had to use the flash on my camera. The colours gets completely off and since the card is so light the colours just flashes back at me when i take the pic.

Papers are from Bearly Mine Designs. The die cut is from Memory box. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Image is coloured with ProMarkers.

Our sponsor this week is out lovely boss Teresa.  She is giving away 3 digis of the winner`s choice.

I also want to tell you about some new items in the Crafts and Me shop. Teresa has some fabulous storage solutions for your crafty stuff.

Just look at this fabby ink pad storage unit! This is just one of several storage solutions available. Isn`t it fabulous? Hop on over to the shop and have a look. Here is the link.

Now...don`t forget to visit the challengeblog and join our new challenge over at Crafts and Me. I`m looking forward to see your creations.

Autumn hues at Kenny K`s Krafty Krew

Hey peeps!

You may have noticed i`ve not been around too much lately. I will tell you the reason when time comes. I just hope you all won`t leave me all together, lol. The only team i`ve been active on recently is Kenny K`s Krafty Krew. And today we are back with a new challenge for you.

The theme for this week is

AUTUMN HUES

But before i go on over to my creation we have to take a look at the sponsors.
This week`s first sponor is as usual our fabby boss at Kenny K Downloads

Kenny is offering 5 digis of the winner`s choice.

Our second sponsor for the week is Marianne Design.

For more information on new releases from
MARIANNE DESIGN please follow on

Well...that was the official buisness, so lets get on to my creation for the week.

This time i`ve created a tag using a sheet from Astrid`s Artistic Efforts. She makes the most gorgeous digi papers and lots of other stuff too. You just have to visit her and look at all the wonderful things she makes.

I went for a vintage tag using one of the newest releases from Kenny K, Socialite. She is available here

I`m sorry for the bad pics. I hate taking pics in the evening course i have to use the flash. I prefer taking my pics in daylight as the colours looks more real. For instance the fur on her coat looks all white but it actually is more grey than white. I will see if i have the time to take some new pics later on this week.

I forgot to write down what colours i used, so this time i don`t have a list for you. But i have used brown tones and the dress is peach.

The dies i have used are from Marianne Design, Memory box and Spellbinders.

Thanks for visiting me! Hope you liked my tag.
Have a great day everyone!

Challenge #106, Sun sea and sand

Hey Peeps!

Today`s a really crappy day. I suddenly got the flu. It`s just like someone should have thrown it onto me. Friday i was just fine and then yesterday my nose was running, i was sneezing wildly and i had a bit of a fever. Today is no better i can asure you. Lukely my hubby is feeling sorry for me, lol. So he`s really spoiling me rotten, lol. He`s such a sweetheart. Ok that was the boring stuff. Lets look at my creation for this challenge.

The theme set for this week`s challenge over at
SUN, SEA AND SAND

We would like to see your beach, holidays and summer fun or maybe add some sand to your creations.

This week`s sponsors are:
Kenny K`s downloads

The prize from Kenny is the winner's choice of 5 digi's.

Our second sponsor is:
Marianne Design

For more information on new releases from Marianne Design please follow them on

For my card today i have used an image called Bathing beauty and she is available here. She is coloured with ProMarkers

Colours i have used are:

Skin:
Vanilla, Saffron, Oatmeal, Apricot, Tan

Hair:
Cocoa, Mustard, Pastel yellow, Buttercup

Bading suit:
Petrol, Marine, Turquoise

This pin is one of my own home-made ones. I think they are really beautiful and now i`m starting to get the hang of it without spilling too much glue, lol. The double looped bow is made using a bow easy. I really can`t imagine how i did without it so long. This is really a smart invention, lol.

This flower i put together using some old table decorations and a pearl. When i go to parties i allways beg the host to get to pick a few items of their table decorations when the party is finished, lol. It`s a cheap way of hoarding stuff for my crafting, lol.

Here is one of my newest die cuts. It is from Memory box and is called Vivienne butterfly and i really love it!
