More than one fold at WhoopsiDaisy

Hey peeps!

I probabely went totally overboard with the photos this time, lol, so you`ll just have to bear with me. This time the challenge over at WhoopsiDaisy is MORE THAN ONE FOLD. I found this folding technique over at StampArtic, made by Marianne Skjelstad. I just love it. It is a simple technique but i think it looks really sophisticated. This proves it doesn`t allways have to be advanced to look good.

The pearlswirl is from Storyteller and on the other side is a flower i built myself with some Marianne dies to embellish it with. This sweet image is from sheet #137. Behind the image you can see the ribbon attached so i can tie the two fronts together.

The colours i used for this image are these:

Skin:
Vanilla, Saffron, Tan, Oatmeal

Hair:
Cocoa, Pastel yellow, Honeycomb, Tan

Pants:
Cinnamon, Tan, Putty, Satin

Dress:
Tea green, Grey green

The flower is actually the one i built for the card i created for the last challenge. It was white with pink on the edges. It was attached on the card my hubby ruined with coffee. I decided to keep the flower just to see how it turned out when it dried. And i just looove how it turned out. The coffee gave it a real vintage look. So if you want vintage flowers and don`t want to buy them yourselves, spill some coffee on the ones you have, lol.

This image is also one of the gorgeous ones on sheet #137. The colours i used for this one is:

Skin:
Vanilla, Saffron, Oatmeal, Tan

Hair:
Cocoa, Pastel yellow, Honeycomb

Dress:
Burgundy, Pale pink, Dusky rose

The stamp is one i won in a bloghop candy and it is from Whimsy stamps. The collection is called Time Flies.
Challenges i`m entering:

The Paper Variety - Use stamps
Flutterby Wednesday - Challenge #170 Open
Simon says stamp - Multifold cards/creations
Truly scrumptious - Challenge #65 Decorate the inside of your card
Stampin` for the weekend - Challenge #16 Tickled pink

Sukkersøtt - Utfordring #136 Ribbon
Papertake weekly - Anything goes challenge
Paper Sundaes - Challenge #86 Finishing touches
One stitch at a time - Challenge #79 Anything goes

I`ll bet you are real tired of me right now, so i won`t delay you any more. I`ll just remind you to pop over to WhoopsiDaisy and enter our challenge. And also look at the fabby folding techniques the gals have in store for you. Oh...i allmost forgot...don`t forget the GDT call that Linnie are having. Check out the details at the challengeblog! Now you are officially off the hook, lol. Have a great day!
