New challenge at Phindy`s Place.

Good morning everyone!

Usually i hate Paper Piecing, but this time i think i made it work. Thanks to a lot of great advice from my teamies last time we did this challenge, i managed to do it right, lol. I guess by now you have figured out that we are having a Paper Piecing challenge over at Phindy`s Place. Please don`t run away if you are like me, not liking this theme. It is actually really easy.

First time i did this, i totally messed up. And my card turned out...how should i put it...ok awful, lol. What you need to do is to put your patterned paper in your printer and print out the image you are going to paper piece. If you are doing several patterns you have to print the image on to the other paper too. Just make sure you don`t change the size of your image. Then you cut out the pieces you are going to use. Like i have done the dress for this image. Obviously it`s not cool to paper piece skin and hair, lol, so i have coloured it with my ProMarkers.

The image i have used is called Flower Frock and is available right here in Phindy`s Place online store. I have also used one of my new dies from Marianne Design. The english rose. I just love how this turned out.

Challenges i`m entering:

Charisma Cardz - Challenge #43 Anything goes
Scrapbook Sisters - Challenge #58 Anything goes
Passion for ProMarkers - Challenge #123 For a child
Crafty Ribbons - Challenge #5 Bingo (I actually have allmost everything on the bingoplate lol. I only miss the lace. It is not so easy to see but the lacy die around the image is dry embossed)
Dutch Dare - Challenge #136 Pearls and swirls
Simon says....Anything goes

Doesn`t this sound easy? It`s a perfect excuse to try out paper piecing. So come on an join in on the fun over at Phindy`s Place. If i can do this...you can too! I really look forward to see your creations. Don`t forget to leave some sugar for my teamies. Have a great weekend!
